ENVIRONMENTAL LEGISLATION CHANGES

These Regulations amend the Heather and Grass etc. Burning (England) Regulations 2021 (2021 Regulations) to prohibit the burning, without a licence, of specified vegetation on peat over 30 centimetres in depth on all land within Less Favoured Areas (LFAs).
