The Plant Health (Export Certification) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2025
These Regulations amend the Plant Health (Export Certification) (Scotland) Order 2018 to introduce a provision for payment of prescribed fees for the costs associated with the issuance of a phytosanitary certificate (PC) for consignment of plants and plant products and other objects being shipped from Scotland to Northern Ireland. The Electrical Safety Standards in the Private Rented Sector (England) (Amendment) (Extension to the Social Rented Sector) Regulations 2025
These Regulations amend the Electrical Safety Standards in the Private Rented Sector (England) Regulations 2020. It imposes new duties on social landlords in relation to electrical installations and equipment and makes some changes to the existing duties on private landlords.
